About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to assist with general office organization, inventory management, storage closet organization, light maintenance, and indoor/outdoor cleaning. This role helps keep our workspace and surrounding property organized, safe, and well-maintained. General Duties and Responsibilities: Office & Storage Organization • Organize office supplies, files, storage areas, and common spaces • Maintain and reorganize storage closets for efficiency and accessibility • Label shelves, bins, and materials as needed • Assist with basic administrative organization tasks • Maintain neat, functional work areas Inventory Management • Track and organize supplies, tools, and materials • Restock office and facility supplies as needed • Assist with receiving, labeling, and storing deliveries • Report low inventory or damaged items Light Maintenance • Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks • Replace light bulbs, batteries, and filters • Assist with furniture setup, moving items, and simple equipment upkeep • Report larger maintenance issues to management Cleaning & General Upkeep (Indoor & Outdoor) • Light cleaning of offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas • Empty trash and recycling • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility • Outdoor cleaning duties including: • Sweeping walkways and entry areas • Trash removal around the property • Basic upkeep of outdoor areas (patios, loading areas, parking edges) • Seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and light snow clearing (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Dependable and punctual
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Able to perform light physical tasks (lifting, standing, bending)

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in facilities, maintenance, cleaning, inventory, or organizing roles
  • Basic handyman skills
  • Initiative and ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements
