About The Position

This unique internship drops you directly into our executive engine as the Office of the CEO Intern, offering a rare look at how high-level business strategy transforms into real-world action. Working alongside our Chief of Staff, you will execute research for critical special projects, help map out strategic workflows, and support the design of high-impact company-wide presentations and projects. This is a 9-week adventure from August 31st, 2026 – October 30th, 2026. This part-time (or full-time if schedule allows), paid internship gives you real-world experience, flamingo-level fun, and skills you can take into any future career.

Requirements

  • Committed to the full 9-week internship: August 31st, 2026 - October 30th, 2026
  • Open to part-time (up to 30 hours/week) or full-time (40 hours/week) opportunities, depending on your schedule
  • Available to work fully onsite at our Inglewood, CA office during regular business hours (9am - 5pm). This is a strictly onsite role for both part-time and full-time schedules
  • Required to be in the office on Tuesdays (minimum half-day), regardless of total weekly hours or part-time flexibility
  • Must reside in Los Angeles or the surrounding area for the duration of the internship
  • No college degree or prior experience needed—just a passion for learning and jumping into the flamingo-filled chaos of goodr

  • Exceptional communication skills with the maturity, confidence, and collaboration style to interface with executive-level leadership and internal teams

  • Forward-thinking mindset with an interest in high-level business strategy, milestone benchmarking, and annual planning frameworks

  • Strong graphic design eye and presentation layout skills are a BIG plus (Bonus points if you know Figma!)

Responsibilities

  • Gain a front-row seat to the executive leadership of a fast-paced brand, observing firsthand how strategic decisions are made and executed in real time
  • Maintain a bird’s-eye view of company-wide initiatives to help connect the dots across different departments and teams
  • Support on ad-hoc projects completing necessary research or information gathering
  • Lead research and discovery for special projects to uncover insights and drive data-backed decision making
  • Support project coordination and workflows across the executive team where applicable
  • Help with the creation, formatting, and modeling of comprehensive travel briefing memos to prepare the CEO for external meetings, events, and trips
  • Review executive workflows and identify automation options to streamline communications and increase day-to-day productivity
  • Leverage presentation and graphic design skills to build visually compelling decks, reports, and assets for meetings
  • Support the long-term vision of the company by helping think through, research, and map out benchmarks for major milestones within annual planning frameworks
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and research to support brand-level initiatives
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
