Requirements

  • 2 or 4 year degree in Business Management, Marketing, Childcare, Psychology or related field
  • 2 plus years experience in office and/or executive management (marketing/social media experience a plus)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical lens and a knack for making sense of social media metrics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience and familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Yelp, etc.) and search engines (Google, Bing, etc.)
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and best practices
  • Meet the state qualifications and those set forth in the national hiring standards including- Ability to hear the conversational voice, with or without a hearing aid
  • Ability to see and read newsprint, with or without corrective lenses
  • Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances
  • Ability to use arms, hands, legs, and feet, with or without corrective devices; this includes the ability to evacuate the building during emergencies
  • Ability to respond immediately to emergency situations

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office files including staff and children files to comply with state and Goddard requirements
  • Update and maintain health and medical files and binders
  • Support and maintain other licensing and inspection binders
  • Support and maintain applicant database and schedule interviews
  • Develop content for and update social media website
  • Market research, lead tracking and reporting
  • Develop various marketing and promotional campaigns content
  • Planning and organizing school promotional and graduation events
  • Developing and maintaining school activity and event calendars
  • Create and upload promotional videos to various platforms
  • Understanding and implementing Goddard’s Health & Safety procedures
  • Other tasks and projects as assigned
