About The Position

Ace Handyman Services of Bloomfield is seeking highly organized and motivated candidates to serve as Office Managers to ensure efficient and smooth daily operations. In this role, you will facilitate calls to educate customers on services and solutions, manage the daily schedule, and help customers solve problems by matching them with the right craftsmen.   • Sales and/or Marketing – a basic understanding of sales and marketing and the differences between the two
  • QuickBooks Online or other accounting knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Inbound and outbound customer sales/education
  • Organizing work and project schedules for craftsmen
  • Providing customers with information and expert advice on services, pricing, and availability
  • Providing logistical support for craftsmen, including material ordering and scheduling efficiencies
  • Responding to job leads in a timely manner
  • Coordinating the schedule and material ordering for multiple craftsmen and projects
  • Utilizing ServiceTitan – our dispatching & schedule management software
  • Returning customer calls as needed and following up with past customers
  • Performing paperwork and filing duties
  • Assisting in solving operational logistics to ensure a smooth customer journey
