You will manage communication, scheduling, listing coordination, and day-to-day office operations while helping leadership stay focused and efficient.

Requirements

  • Previous office administration, executive assistant, or office management experience
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Comfortable managing calls, emails, WhatsApp communication, and scheduling
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and highly responsive
  • Professional and pleasant demeanor
  • Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and office communication
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, property showings, and open house logistics
  • Support agents and leadership with administrative follow-through
  • Handle newsletters, meeting coordination, lunches, and office-related tasks
  • Help maintain organization and smooth day-to-day office operations
  • Act as a gatekeeper and streamline communication for leadership
  • Proactively identify and handle tasks that need attention
