About The Position

BRC Advisors is an established accounting and advisory firm with roots dating back to 1963, supporting individuals and small to closely held businesses with personalized financial guidance. Our team provides a full range of tax, accounting, and advisory services, helping clients manage day-to-day needs while planning for long-term success. As the Office Manager, you’ll serve as the operational backbone of the office, ensuring day-to-day activities run smoothly while creating a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for employees and clients. This role blends leadership, coordination, and problem-solving to keep the office functioning efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of office management or administrative leadership experience
  • High school diploma required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • High level of professionalism and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • You are a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident or possess other unrestricted U.S. work authorization and will not require sponsorship for U.S. work authorization now or anytime in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, professional environment
  • Manage vendor relationships (facilities, supplies, services) and coordinate office needs
  • Supervise and support administrative staff, including scheduling and task delegation
  • Develop and maintain office policies, procedures, and operational workflows
  • Track office expenses, process invoices, and support budgeting efforts
  • Manage inventory and procurement of office supplies and equipment
  • Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a welcoming office experience
  • Coordinate office logistics including space planning and maintenance needs
