Responsible for the supervision and execution of administrative support to Division Executives. This role involves assisting with financial data, division reports, board reports, and the maintenance of overhead budgets and approval of G&A expenses. The Office Manager also assists with program management administration, participates in strategic planning efforts, and provides business development and marketing support. Additionally, the role provides secretarial services to Executive Staff and supervises reception staff, mailroom activities, office supplies and equipment, and general building maintenance.
