Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Requires knowledge of physician office operations and administration.
Nice To Haves
- Associates degree preferred.
- LPN or RN license preferred.
- Previous management and clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversees daily flow of clinic operations while supporting high quality patient care.
- Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
- Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, departmental contracts, and vendor relations. Determines and justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases, monitors usage, and oversees proper working order and/or stock supplies.
- Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, and conflict management.
