About The Position

Bone Dry Roofing is seeking an Office Manager to join our growing team. This Office Manager role is on-site in office and plays a key part in keeping daily operations organized, efficient, and aligned with our commitment to exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • 2+ years of office, administrative, or related experience
  • Experience answering, documenting, and managing phone communications
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Consistent focus on delivering professional customer service
  • Ability to multitask and remain composed in a busy office setting

Responsibilities

  • Answer, manage, and document incoming phone calls with accuracy and professionalism
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer service in every interaction
  • Support scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and external customers
  • Maintain organized records, documentation, and communication logs
  • Assist with resolving customer inquiries and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Uphold office standards that reflect strong customer service expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient workflow and operations
