Centennial Advisors with a location in north Austin, TX is dedicated to providing outstanding financial planning services to our clients. This position is responsible for organizing and ensuring seamless daily operations within the office. This role requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to going above and beyond in service to our clients and team.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree
  • 5 + years’ of office management experience in a fast paced environment
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Wealthbox
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal
  • Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
  • Embraces change and adapts quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Possesses a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow
  • Supervise and support operations staff
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
  • Implement and enhance office policies and procedures
  • Provide exceptional client service and assist with inquiries or concerns
  • Support compliance with financial industry regulations
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Manage office communications, correspondence, and documentation
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and ongoing training
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks including assisting with insurance, facilitating onboarding and hiring processes, and ensuring accurate and compliant employee documentation
  • Generate, review, and distribute reports to support business operations and decision-making
  • Maintain and update client records within the CRM (Wealthbox), ensuring accuracy and timely entry of data to support business operations and client communications
