Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as an Office Manager or a similar leadership role within a dental or healthcare setting.
  • In-depth understanding of dental industry practices, particularly in managed care and holistic health approaches.
  • Required proficiency in using dental practice management software such as Dentrix or Weave.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively across varied responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, aimed at delivering compassionate patient care and fostering robust team dynamics.
  • Attention to detail and a strong ability to problem-solve proactively under varied circumstances.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office functions to ensure smooth operations that comply with our holistic care standards.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, staff schedules, office events, and meetings, focusing on optimizing patient comfort and experience.
  • Manage procurement and organization of office supplies and equipment, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Handle official correspondence, ensuring all communication is managed with the utmost professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations, manage treatment plans, and maintain meticulous administrative records.
  • Administer office budgets, closely monitoring expenditures and financial performance to maintain cost-effectiveness and financial health.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to uphold safety and legal standards.
  • Supervise and support administrative staff by providing necessary training, promoting team collaboration, and fostering a supportive work environment.
