About The Position

Intel is seeking an Office Manager to support Intel's Washington, D.C. office and help ensure a productive, professional, and welcoming workplace. This is an onsite role with 4 days a week in-office. This is an Intel contract position through January 2027. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Coordinate and provide logistical support for events, meetings, conferences, and employee recognition activities. Serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, customers, and external stakeholders, exercising professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Partner closely with senior and executive administrative staff to support office operations and business priorities. Anticipate office needs and proactively implement solutions to support team goals and deadlines. Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, refreshments, shipping, phone coverage, reception duties, vendor and building coordination, office billing, e-waste processes, fire safety requirements, and conference room upkeep. Lead and support administrative projects while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive business information.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/equivalent.
  • 7+ years of experience in Office Manager and Executive Assistant duties such as: Coordinate and provide logistical support for events, meetings, conferences, and employee recognition activities.
  • Partner closely with senior and executive administrative staff to support office operations and business priorities.
  • Anticipate office needs and proactively implement solutions to support team goals and deadlines.
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, refreshments, shipping, phone coverage, reception duties, vendor and building coordination, office billing, e-waste processes, fire safety requirements, and conference room upkeep.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools.

  • Associate's degree in relevant discipline.
