Aspira Heatherwood Retirement Living is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative functions and processes at a Long Term Community or Retirement Residence. This role is responsible for creating an enriching experience for both Team Members and Residents, fostering an environment where every individual feels valued and cared for. In this role, you will oversee Resident Accounts, Accounting procedures, processes and records, bi-weekly payroll submissions and other administrative functions.
