About The Position

Parallel Employment Group is partnering with a food manufacturing site in Cheektowaga to find a professional and reliable Office Manager for a temporary role, expected to last at least one month. The position offers a pay rate of $18-$20 per hour for a full-time schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. This temporary role is expected to last until mid-July, with a possibility of extension. The job is on-site.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and an attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage inventory and stock shelves of the store area
  • Maintain store and office with the use of organizational processes/skills
