Under limited supervision, this position plans, prioritizes, organizes, assigns, and evaluates the work of administrative support staff. The work is reviewed upon completion to ensure compliance with general organization and department goals, policies, and procedures. This role involves flexibility in selecting methods, determining work priorities, and planning/coordinating projects. The Office Manager will also manage department expenditures and budgets, and may be required to demonstrate fluency in both Tohono O'odham and English.
