Based in Orlando, Florida, Massey Services is one of the nation’s largest and most respected service companies, with a history of providing quality service for more than three decades. The Office Manager role involves answering incoming customer calls, resolving inquiries, scheduling service, welcoming new customers, and making outbound calls for customer satisfaction, appointment confirmation, and overdue payment collection. Additional responsibilities may expand to include daily reporting, updating customer account information, accounts payable, human resource paperwork, and payroll processing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED at a minimum
  • Previous experience with customer service on the phone
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer, typing, and 10-key skills
  • Time management talent and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to pass background checks

Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming customer calls in a courteous & professional manner
  • Resolving customer inquiries, requests, billing questions, and scheduling service
  • Welcoming prospective new customers interested in learning about our services
  • Performing a high volume of outbound calls to ensure customer satisfaction, confirm service appointments, and collect overdue payments
  • Potentially including daily reporting
  • Potentially including updating customer account information
  • Potentially including accounts payable
