M&T Bank is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our Tysons Corner Regional Office. This role serves as the primary point of contact for office administration, workplace services, and employee support, helping create an efficient, welcoming, and professional environment for employees, clients, and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional workplace experience.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent in experience
  • 4 years progressive secretarial/administrative support experience with demonstrated development of skills on-the-job

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site coordinator for office operations, facilities requests, building management interactions, and workplace services.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
  • Manage office logistics, including mail distribution, UPS and courier shipments, parking requests, building access, fitness center memberships, and office waivers.
  • Coordinate conference room scheduling, meeting setup, and room readiness; ensure spaces are organized and reset following meetings.
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor orders, and inventory to support business operations.
  • Partner with Facilities, Technology, and business leaders to support office moves, workstation setup, and workplace needs.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, including preparing workspaces, coordinating equipment and access, and helping new employees transition into the office.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, meeting materials, agendas, and other business communications as needed.
  • Support leaders and teams with administrative and project-based assignments, helping to ensure smooth operation of the regional office.
  • Maintain records, process invoices and expenses, and coordinate approvals as required.
