At Charles Tyrwhitt, our purpose is to “Make it easy for men to dress well”. We are looking for a Sales Supervisor to work with Jamila from our Tysons Corner store. This role involves motivating, coaching, and developing store teams to exceed KPIs and sales targets. The Sales Supervisor will be accountable for the day-to-day running of the store, including supporting team members, deployment, training, handling communications, cash handling, security processes, and store opening/closing procedures. The role requires taking initiative to enhance the selling skills of the team and ensuring the team delivers on CT’s customer service expectations through expert product knowledge and staying updated on the latest ranges and promotions. Additionally, the Sales Supervisor will utilize and encourage colleagues to use all store, business, and staff training tools, including commercial reports, VM directives, and tools to support visual and store standards.
