We’re looking for a proactive and hospitality-driven Office Manager to lead workplace operations for our New York and London offices. This role is responsible for creating an exceptional employee and guest experience while ensuring our offices operate efficiently and scale alongside the business. You’ll serve as the primary owner of workplace operations, partnering closely with leadership, Recruiting, People Ops, IT, Finance, Security, and external vendors to deliver a seamless experience for employees, candidates, customers, and visitors. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Whether coordinating a leadership meeting, managing an office buildout, supporting a new hire’s first day, or troubleshooting an operational issue, you bring a service-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail.
