About The Position

Office Manager Location: Blue Bell, PA Position Type: In person with remote options Schedule: Monday–Friday Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications) About Our Practice We are a small, privately owned primary care internal medicine practice dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to adults. Our close-knit team values professionalism, teamwork, and a positive office environment. We are seeking a candidate with medical office experience to oversee daily administrative and clinical operations. Position Summary The office manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, supervising front office and billing functions, and supporting providers and staff. This role is ideal for an organized, dependable professional who enjoys working in a small practice setting.

Requirements

  • Previous experience supervising in the medical field.
  • Knowledge of insurance verification, claims, and collections
  • Experience with EHR and practice management systems
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask.

  • Medical billing can be trained.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-office operations and workflow
  • Manage scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, and phone coverage
  • Supervise medical billing, coding, claims submission, and follow-up
  • Monitor accounts receivable, denials, and insurance payments
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and insurance regulations
  • Train, supervise, and support office staff
  • Maintain office policies, procedures, and records
  • Assist with hiring and onboarding as needed
