This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and visitors while providing essential administrative and operational support to our office. Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative, receptionist, office support, or customer service role required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to quickly learn new software systems.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or a related industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, caregivers, and visitors while providing exceptional customer service in person and over the phone.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Perform clerical and administrative duties, including filing, document organization, and creating new hire orientation folders.
  • Assist with recruiting by conducting initial interviews, coordinating background and reference checks, and supporting the hiring process.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and ongoing in-service training.
  • Assist with scheduling caregivers and clients to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and support daily office operations.
  • Learn and effectively use proprietary software and internal systems.
  • Take initiative to identify office needs and complete tasks independently.
