Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in healthcare management or a comparable leadership role.
  • 4-year degree from an accredited university required.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based office technologies and EMR systems.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving abilities, and a talent for building cross-functional relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in multi-site clinical management.
  • Experience with Modmed is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficient workflows and strict adherence to healthcare regulations.
  • Manage staff schedules, resolve interpersonal issues, and foster a positive, high-performance culture.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring every patient receives a resolution that exceeds expectations.
  • Partner with the Operations Team and Medical Director to develop and execute business plans that drive growth.
  • Monitor equipment needs, manage procurement, and oversee IT/EMR system health.
  • Maintain rigorous standards for regulatory compliance and clinical quality assurance.
  • Act as a liaison between Marketing, HR, Billing to ensure seamless company-wide processes.
