About The Position

A long-tenured and well-respected specialty stucco contractor in the Bay Area is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day office operations. This role is responsible for creating structure, improving workflow, and supporting communication between office staff, field teams, and leadership to keep the business running efficiently.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in construction or a similar industry, ideally in an office management or administrative leadership role
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Sage
  • Ability to multitask and work independently with limited oversight
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solver who works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, construction management, finance, accounting, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily workflow of administrative and office staff
  • Assign tasks and manage workloads to ensure timely completion of office functions
  • Establish and maintain organized office procedures, systems, and documentation
  • Act as the main point of coordination between office staff, field personnel, and management
  • Support scheduling, document control, and general administrative operations
  • Maintain organized company records, project files, and office documentation
  • Monitor office productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Provide administrative support to executive staff, including scheduling and correspondence
  • Assist with special projects and provide backup support as needed
