About The Position

Manages a diverse set of functional activities including, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Payroll Processing, Human Resources functions and other activities. This role fosters a culture where all employees share a common purpose and comply with applicable laws and the company's Guiding Principles. The Office Manager performs functions related to production scheduling, procurement, customer service, and shipping of products. They plan and coordinate schedule line change-over and production runs according to customer demand. The position maintains plant-level accounting functions, including raw material and finished goods inventory management, and inputs customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database. Additionally, the Office Manager conducts recruitment efforts for non-exempt roles, interviews candidates, conducts new-employee orientations, and advertises job openings. They process payroll, assist employees with timeclock corrections, and manage requests for leaves of absence and disability applications, tracking employee leave status. The role also tracks employee attendance points and advises management when employees reach warning thresholds. Other duties as assigned by management may be required.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Basic mathematical skills are required.
  • Basic computer experience.

  • Conducts recruitment efforts for non-exempt roles; interviews candidates for employment; conducts new-employee orientations; writes and advertises job openings through our ICIMs recruiting tool
  • Process payroll functions; assists management and employees with timeclock punch-in/out corrections
  • Assist employees with request for leaves of absence and short or long-term disability applications; tracks employees leave status
  • Track employee attendance points and advice management when employees reach warning threshold
  • Other duties as assigned by management
