Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, executive support, or corporate administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to learn new systems (e.g., Airtable, internal platforms).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills with experience in event planning, vendor coordination, and facilities support.
  • Professional, proactive, and discreet with the ability to manage sensitive information and work independently.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media platforms, including content scheduling, posting, engagement monitoring, and brand consistency across channels.
  • Coordinate procurement of office, field, and promotional materials, including vendor communication, order placement, tracking, and inventory management.
  • Oversee company clothing and uniform programs, including inventory control, ordering, distribution, sizing records, and employee requests.
  • Administer company device management processes, including mobile phones, tablets, equipment provisioning, tracking, troubleshooting coordination, upgrades, and employee onboarding/offboarding support.
  • Manage office operations and vendor relationships, including supplies, software licenses, expense tracking, mail distribution, and facility-related needs.
  • Assist with company communications, customer and vendor portals, recordkeeping, and special projects that support organizational efficiency and growth.
  • Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, marketing initiatives, and cross-functional projects as assigned.
  • Provide administrative support to leadership, including scheduling, meeting coordination, correspondence, and preparation of reports and presentations.
