This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the supervisor and project operations. The Office Manager will handle correspondence, prepare and process administrative documents, manage calendars and travel arrangements, process invoices, liaise with subcontractors and vendors, manage incoming mail, maintain project and personnel files, greet visitors, order office supplies, prepare closeout binders, and perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
