Open Eyes Vision Center is looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Office Manager to lead one of our busy optometry clinics. This is the perfect role for someone who loves interacting with people, motivates others, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Providing outstanding patient care is our goal!

Requirements

Customer service superstar who creates outstanding experiences for patients
High-energy communicator who keeps teams motivated and engaged
Strong organizational and multitasking skills – you know how to keep the plates spinning
Previous office management or front desk experience (healthcare preferred)
People management experience strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry

Nice To Haves

Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day operations of a thriving optometry clinic
Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver top-notch patient care
Keep patient scheduling, check-in/out, and insurance verification on track
Interact directly with patients in the clinic, working alongside staff
Provide clear cost estimates and accurate records
Lead the front office - greeting patients, explaining benefits
Become a master at verifying medical and vision benefits
Learn to perform and train every staff role within the clinic
Provide regular coaching and training to staff on insurance verification, optometric pre-testing and practice procedures
Prepare weekly clinic performance reports that drive results
Collaborate in regional Office Manager meetings and share best practices
Ensure every patient enjoys an efficient, welcoming, patient-centered experience
