Caring Senior Service is seeking an experienced, organized, and highly motivated Office Manager to oversee daily office operations and provide exceptional administrative support. This position is essential to ensuring efficient office functions while supporting our caregivers, clients, and leadership team in delivering outstanding home care services.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with outstanding customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and solve problems effectively.
  • Dependable, professional, and committed to supporting a positive team environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in healthcare, home care, or the senior care industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining efficient communication.
  • Support caregiver recruitment and onboarding by coordinating interviews, conducting background and reference checks, and maintaining employee records.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, caregivers, and community partners, addressing questions and concerns with professionalism and compassion.
  • Maintain accurate client and caregiver records within the company's electronic management system.
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable by coordinating with clients and caregivers as needed.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Prepare reports, organize documentation, analyze data, and provide administrative support to the management team.
  • Assist with scheduling and operational coordination to support quality client care.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.
