About The Position

We’re a busy, growing dealership looking for a sharp, reliable Office Manager to keep operations running smoothly. If you’re highly organized, self-motivated, and looking for a long-term role in a fun, laid-back environment, we want to hear from you! This is a full-time position with a flexible 5-day schedule (Monday through Saturday), typically 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM. Requirements

  • Prior office management experience (dealership experience is a plus)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient with office software (Google Workspace, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office operations
  • Handle DMV paperwork, title transfers, and inventory records
  • Support sales team with scheduling, transaction processing, and filing
  • Maintain office supplies, vendor relationships, and communication systems
  • Provide outstanding internal and customer service
  • Keep everything organized, accurate, and on schedule
