Reporting directly to the Administrator, the Office Manager fills a crucial role within the community and is responsible for the organization and daily operations of the front office. In addition to serving as the Personnel/Payroll liaison to the Managing Company, the Office Manager assists the Administrator in all phases of facility organization.
