We are seeking a diligent and proactive Office Manager to ensure our Scottsdale office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various operational tasks, maintain a welcoming and organized workspace, and lead event planning and execution.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using software such as Slack, Canva, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to work full-time with the possibility of occasional adjustments based on office needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an office management or administrative leadership role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the smooth daily operation of the office, leading a variety of administrative functions.
  • Oversee employee in-office experience, conference room, kitchen supplies, and mail management to ensure everything is organized and well-stocked.
  • Contribute to the planning and hosting in-office and virtual company-wide events, handling logistics and coordination to ensure successful events.
  • Manage and reconcile spreadsheets related to budgets, facilities, swag inventory, employee perks, and daily Slack posts.
