The Office Manager is responsible for ensuring all front office activity aligns with VCP’s broader mission, especially as it pertains to a commitment to excellent customer service for all staff members, families, visitors, vendors, and supporters. The Office Manager also supports the Operations Team with all matters of school administration that do not directly relate to instruction. In this role, you have the unique opportunity to serve as the “front face” of our school, collaborate closely with your team, and receive targeted coaching to help you grow professionally.
