About The Position

The Office Manager role is responsible for fostering a strong culture that prioritizes long-lasting relationships with patients, providers, team members and partners. Our Office Managers create alignment with clinical and operational team members to promote collaboration and a patient-centric environment.

• Prior experience in dental, medical, or healthcare settings, with a solid background in staff management preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and staffing to ensure adequate coverage and optimal productivity to meet center goals.
• Serve as a front-facing representative of MCDC, supporting front office functions as needed, including insurance verification, patient scheduling, and answering phone calls.
• Ensure exceptional patient service is delivered with compassion, in alignment with company policies, dental board standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Promote and maintain a safe clinical environment in partnership with Infection Control leadership and in compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and internal safety protocols.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on all staffing activities, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and terminations.
• Monitor center performance metrics and implement operational improvements through effective coaching and problem-solving.
• Address and resolve conflicts efficiently while fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
• Lead and support team development by modeling strong communication, accountability, and people management skills.
