About The Position

Growing National Service Business. $100,000 + Performance Bonuses + IRA Match. We’re looking for an Office Manager who can lead office operations, support HR functions, and help drive revenue growth. This is not an assistant role — this is a leadership role.

Requirements

  • Experienced office or operations leader with team management background.
  • Strong communicator and decisive problem solver.
  • Organized, tech-savvy, and KPI-driven.
  • Experience in a service-based business preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and coach office and sales staff. Set performance goals and hold the team accountable. Conduct reviews and build a high-performance culture.
  • Sales & Growth: Drive recurring revenue and corporate accounts. Track KPIs and improve conversion rates. Align marketing and sales efforts.
  • Operations & Customer Experience: Ensure smooth execution between sales and operations. Resolve escalated client issues professionally. Improve systems, workflows, and retention.
  • HR Support: Support hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking. Handle employee matters with professionalism and discretion. Escalate complex HR matters to senior leadership.
