As the Office Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations to keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently. You’ll focus on optimizing communication, streamlining administrative procedures, managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring tasks are delegated effectively. Requirements

  • 3+ years as an office manager in a healthcare or dental setting

Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality and compassionate care is provided to every patient
  • Responsible for the operational readiness of the office
  • Develop organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including filing, billing, AP, and scheduling
  • Review, implement, and maintain the company's policies and procedures
  • Order dental supplies and manage inventory
  • Uphold company core values of compassion, authenticity, talent, and teamwork
  • Define team roles and responsibilities and ensure progress toward goals
  • Guide all patients through the before and after treatment process
  • Train and develop back-office staff
