Requirements

Previous office management or leadership experience, preferably in a dental, orthodontic, or healthcare setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
Knowledge of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance processes, billing, and financial reporting preferred.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
Proficiency with dental practice management software and Microsoft Office, with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficiency, productivity, and exceptional patient experiences.
Lead, coach, and develop administrative and clinical team members while fostering a positive, accountable workplace culture.
Monitor scheduling, patient flow, production goals, collections, and operational performance to support practice success.
Manage patient relations by resolving concerns professionally and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Partner with doctors and leadership to implement office initiatives, maintain compliance, and achieve business and patient care objectives.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
