About The Position

Culligan of St. Louis is seeking a dynamic Office Manager to lead a team of 15 Customer Service Representatives. This role is crucial for the dealership's success, focusing on ensuring customers receive an unparalleled experience. The Office Manager will champion a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere, drive customer satisfaction and retention, foster a motivated workforce, promote open communication, and contribute to company goals. The position is with a family-owned and operated business that has been an industry leader in water treatment and filtration systems for nearly 80 years.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Effectively training and coaching the office staff to identify opportunities for additional sales
  • Scheduling delivery, service, and sales appointments, optimizing company resources while offering customers viable options
  • Providing, compiling, and analyzing data to make recommendations for improving customer service, enhancing customer retention, and increasing the customer base
  • Overseeing the accuracy of the dealership's financial reports, efficient operation, and expense control
