Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance
  • One or more years of related administrative or office management experience

  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Managing front desk operations and reception workflow
  • Supervising, training, and supporting reception staff
  • Ensuring front desk coverage and assisting at the desk as needed
  • Maintaining office organization, cleanliness, and professionalism
  • Handling confidential records and sensitive information
  • Ordering and tracking office and medical supplies
  • Managing petty cash, invoices, accounts, and program records
  • Coordinating schedules, meetings, events, and correspondence
  • Supporting leadership teams with reports, data collection, and administrative projects
  • Maintaining facility keys, logs, and safety/security records
  • Assisting with consumer grievance tracking and resolution
  • Monitoring office procedures and identifying opportunities for improvement
