About The Position

The Office Manager supports the day-to-day operations of the Sheboygan Falls office and helps create a professional, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, vendors, and visitors. This role provides administrative support across office operations, facilities, guest services, Human Resources, payroll, and general business functions. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including experience using formulas and working with large amounts of data
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, or similar role preferred
  • Experience supporting office systems, processes, facilities, or administrative operations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and provide professional in-person and telephone support
  • Coordinate guest calendars, conference room scheduling, and meeting logistics
  • Arrange refreshments and meals for client meetings, visitors, and staff meetings
  • Maintain office and kitchen supplies, cleanliness, and maintenance requests
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and distribute materials to the appropriate departments and employees
  • Coordinate with office vendors, including cleaning services, delivery providers, and other service partners
  • Manage building and parking garage access for employees and vendors
  • Provide and track parking validations for visitors
  • Serve as a liaison with property management regarding building maintenance and day-to-day office needs
  • Coordinate office hardware needs, including replacements, new equipment, repairs, and connectivity issues
  • Coordinate safety training and maintain required safety documentation
  • Support Human Resources with new hire and termination processes, including workspace and equipment assignments and collection of required documentation
  • Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks, including printing and preparing payroll reports and checks, payroll hours entry, and payroll tax reconciliation data entry
  • Perform data entry and general office and administrative support
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the organization as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
