About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Office Manager to lead our title insurance office in Juneau, Wisconsin. This role is ideal for someone who can balance operations, customer relationships, sales growth, and closing-day excitement — all while keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Experience in title insurance, real estate, lending, escrow, or closing transactions

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day office operations and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Training and supporting staff on policy updates, procedure changes, and best practices
  • Preparing, reviewing, and facilitating real estate closings
  • Reviewing commitments and closing documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Disbursing funds and ensuring transactions are completed correctly and on time
  • Helping buyers, sellers, lenders, and agents feel confident throughout the closing process
  • Developing and executing annual sales and marketing plans
  • Building relationships in the community to drive market growth and expansion
  • Leading the office toward revenue targets, business goals, and continued success
