Manages a diverse set of functional activities including, Production Scheduling, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Payroll Processing, Human Resources functions and other activities. This role is responsible for fostering a culture where all employees share a common purpose and comply with applicable laws and guiding principles. The Office Manager performs functions related to production scheduling, procurement, customer service, and shipping of products. They plan and coordinate schedule line change-over and production runs according to customer demand. This position maintains plant-level accounting functions, including raw material and finished goods inventory management, and inputs customer feedback into the Quality Database & Customer Feedback Database. The Office Manager conducts recruitment efforts for non-exempt roles, interviews candidates, conducts new-employee orientations, and writes and advertises job openings. They process payroll functions and assist management and employees with timeclock corrections. Additionally, they assist employees with requests for leaves of absence and disability applications, track employee leave status, and monitor employee attendance points, advising management when employees reach warning thresholds. Other duties may be assigned by management.
