About The Position

We’re hiring an experienced Office Manager to lead daily office operations, drive accountability, and elevate customer experience in a fast-paced restoration environment. Requirements

  • 5+ years office management or operations leadership experience
  • Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator who holds standards and drives results
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage office staff (dispatch, job file coordination, accounting/HR support)
  • Oversee scheduling, communication, documentation, and customer experience
  • Manage AR/AP, reporting, and key performance metrics
  • Maintain compliance, systems, and operational workflows
  • Support leadership with planning, reporting, and execution
