About The Position

The Office Manager position assists the Executive Director in the ongoing operations of the program by implementing policies and procedures, program handbooks, and coordinating between various departments like intake, inpatient programs, Compliance, and the Business Office.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
  • Two years of administrative / clerical support experience required.
  • Ability to provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
  • Ability to understand and comply with government, regulatory, and company rules.
  • Ability to record, report, and maintain confidentiality of information and respond to requests for information.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors Degree in healthcare related Field preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in behavioral health field preferred.
  • Prefer experience working with specialty services (Trauma, Chemical Dependency, Eating Disorders) in a program setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of an operational handbook to include patient orientation to the program.
  • Collection and organization of data used in developing performance improvement plans as necessary.
  • In conjunction with the Compliance Department, oversee the creation and maintenance of policies and procedures that are in compliance with company policy and State and Joint Commission regulations.
  • As assigned by Corporate Compliance, may function as Safety Officer ensuring compliance with all Risk and Safety policies as well as State and Joint Commission regulations.
  • Coordinate all Administrative activities, including scheduling of all activities and therapies and provides daily supervision to any administrative clerical staff.
  • Coordinates on-boarding and off-boarding of new staff as well as personnel file maintenance with Corporate Human Resources.
  • Coordinates with the Business Office to ensure prompt and accurate posting of charges and collection of payments due.
