About The Position

The Office Manager is responsible for secretarial services for an office supporting operations, human resources, and other departments. Dungarvin is a mission-driven team rooted in respect, response and choice, dedicated to meeting people where they are and working alongside them to provide person centered supports that allow people to live independently as possible. You’ll work directly with people in need of assistance, and/or living with intellectual or developmental disabilities, or other complex medical needs. Requirements

  • Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent certificate
  • Must have ability to be tactful and diplomatic
  • Must be professional and exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential information appropriately
  • Must be able to work with people of all levels of the organization and community

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the office has telephone coverage during scheduled business hours
  • Manage office administrative functions
  • Act as an organizational resource
  • Monitor file development and retention systems
  • Oversee office equipment and supplies
  • Ensure administrative tasks are completed as requested
  • Help with plan of care and filings
