About The Position

Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets. We are seeking a responsible Office Manager to oversee and coordinate administrative duties and office procedures. The goal is to create and maintain a proper work environment that optimizes organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. This role involves managing schedules, office supplies, visitor reception, and providing general administrative support. The Office Manager will also ensure that company and customer reporting requirements for shift and daily production/activity are met.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience working as an Office Manager or Front Office Manager
  • Good experience with office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures
  • Good practical experience with office machines (such as fax machines and printers) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook
  • Good familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler and Boomerang
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to problems

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual-Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Organize office operations and procedures, and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Manage the office layout, ordering stationery and equipment when needed
  • Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Work together with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary
  • Oversee timely invoicing and payments for all items
  • Negotiate with office vendors, service providers
  • Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reporting
  • Organize the onboarding process for new employees and provide support to visitors
  • Assist the plant manager with typical duties such as maintenance, mailing, bills, errands, and so on
  • Interact with employees to receive their queries about organizational problems
  • Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations, and conferences
  • Ensures that the company and customer (internal and external) reporting requirements are met on shift and daily production/activity in the facility.
