About The Position

Practice Manager + Leader Position Overview At Pearl, we don’t run dental offices, we create experiences. We’re looking for a Practice Manager who leads, owns their practice like it’s their own, and is obsessed with both performance and people. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, delivering a five-star patient experience, and building a high-performing, accountable team. You will partner closely with the Regional Manager and leadership team to ensure your practice consistently hits production, collections, and patient experience goals, while maintaining the energy, culture, and standards that define Pearl.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the practice—nothing falls through the cracks
  • Drive production, collections, and schedule optimization
  • Monitor performance daily and take action in real time (not later)
  • Ensure systems, processes, and workflows are efficient, consistent, and scalable
  • Lead, coach, and develop your entire team (doctor, front desk, assistants, hygienists)
  • Hold clear expectations and follow through with accountability
  • Conduct regular performance conversations and development plans
  • Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and positivity
  • Ensure every patient interaction reflects the Pearl standard; warm, elevated, and seamless
  • Oversee scheduling, check-in/out, treatment presentation, and financial coordination
  • Resolve patient concerns with empathy, confidence, and solutions
  • Understand and own your numbers; production, collections, and expenses
  • Review reports regularly and take action to improve performance
  • Manage budgets, billing systems, and financial controls with accuracy and integrity
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top talent
  • Build schedules that maximize productivity and team efficiency
  • Identify gaps early and proactively solve for them
  • Address clinical and operational issues quickly and effectively
  • Make decisions with confidence using data, experience, and Pearl standards
  • Adapt quickly in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
  • Partner with the Regional Manager for performance, accountability, and operational support
  • Collaborate with clinical and operational leadership to ensure alignment in patient care and experience
  • Work cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and Marketing to support practice growth
