A growing healthcare management company is seeking a highly organized and professional Office Manager to support daily operations within our corporate executive office in Austin, Texas. This position plays a key role in maintaining an efficient and welcoming office environment while providing administrative, payroll, and operational support to leadership. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, polished, and thrives in a fast-paced environment that requires professionalism, discretion, and strong multitasking abilities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in office management, administrative support, payroll, or executive office operations required
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and successfully multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology
  • Experience with payroll systems required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HR functions, employee benefits, and onboarding preferred
  • Experience with Paycom or similar ATS/payroll software strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the corporate office
  • Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and directing guests appropriately
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist with payroll processing and payroll-related administrative tasks
  • Maintain organized office systems, records, and documentation
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office communications for executive leadership
  • Assist with HR-related functions, employee benefits administration, and personnel documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate ordering and vendor communication
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Provide general administrative support to the executive and corporate leadership team
  • Help ensure smooth daily operations across departments
