Office Manager

Versa NetworksSanta Clara, CA
$100,000 - $130,000Hybrid

About The Position

Versa Networks is seeking a highly organized and resourceful Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and to provide direct support to our C-suite leadership. This is a hybrid role that blends hands-on office management and business operations with high-touch executive support. You'll be the person who keeps the day-to-day humming — from coordinating executive calendars and travel to making sure conference rooms are clean, supplies are stocked, and lunches are organized — while also taking on operational projects that improve how the office runs. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable scheduling a board meeting and restocking the kitchen, and takes pride in creating a polished, well-run workplace.

  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives (C-suite or VP-level) with calendar, travel, and meeting management
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, no-task-too-small mentality — equally willing to plan an offsite or tidy a conference room
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently & as part of a team
  • High degree of discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information
  • Proficiency with common productivity and collaboration tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom)
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and basic budget tracking
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the US
