About The Position

This position is responsible for the coordination of all intake from various referral sources, in coordination with the Manager of the CCI Programs. The Office Manager will work closely with the Program Manager and Human Service Professionals (HSPs) for both CCI programs to ensure that all administrative needs are met. This role directs administrative services for the Manager of operations for CCIs and all HSPs, and ensures that clients referred to CCIs are Medicaid eligible. This includes working with the Division of Children and Family Services, MAAC and other placement agencies to obtain relevant information prior to the admission of children into the CCI programs. The Office Manager will process admission and billing information into the Profiler system, complete daily census for all CCI programs, and assist the CCI Program Manager with processing payroll for staff. They will ensure staff trainings are completed and work closely with the Finance Department to reconcile billing issues. Responsibility for auditing mandated Georgia State database and client charts is also included. The role involves gathering and analyzing data from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of creating monthly charts and providing statistical information to management. Duties assigned by the Manager of CCI Programs will also be performed. The Office Manager will work in the EHR for reporting, billing, scheduling, client files, and revenue. Additionally, they will provide assistance, secretarial support, staff development, and supervision to medical records staff, delivering superior secretarial, administrative and decision-making skills. The individual is expected to make significant contributions to the team and work with minimal guidance.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree in Business or Technical College diploma with concentration in Office Administration or equivalent
  • At least three years experience working either as an Office Manager or as a Lead Administrative Staff running an office under minimal supervision in a high-volume behavioral or medical office environment.
  • Proven experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment a must.
  • Must be efficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Able to type at least 45 wpm.
