About The Position

The Rehab Office Manager reports to the Rehab Manager and supports the operation by organizing and maintaining records of all activity in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Will answer phones, schedule appointments, direct patients, maintain records, coordinate billing and insurance and manage admissions and discharges.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two or more years experience in an administrative support position
  • High level of proficiency with computer applications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a medical or rehab office strongly preferred
